Rosa Mexicano is hosting its annual Ice Cream Festival, which runs through July 31. Chef Joe Quintana came to Fox 5 to showcase the Guacamole Sundae, a sweet spin on Rosa's popular table side guacamole.
The sundae is made with avocado ice cream served in a frozen molcajete with raspberries, white chocolate shavings and mint. It is served with piloncillo-chocolate sauce and cinnamon sugar tortilla chips for dipping.
The Ice Cream Festival is a dedicated menu of dishes served with authentically flavored ice creams in flavors ranging from Prickly Pear-Blueberry Sorbet to Cinnamon-Chili Spiced Chocolate.
