A woman was killed in a suspected hit-and-run crash in Queens on Wednesday night, police said.

Police said the 45-year-old woman was found near the intersection of 158th and 111th Avenue in South Jamaica around 9:35 p.m.

No vehicle was on the scene when police arrived.

The NYPD said her injuries were consistent with being struck by a vehicle. 

She was later pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital.

The woman has not yet been identified. 

The NYPD Highway Crash Investigation Squad is working on the case.
