PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Police say three children, all under the age of 8, were stabbed to death by their mother in north Phoenix.
Phoenix Police tell Fox 10 that the 29-year-old mother allegedly stabbed her three boys, Avery Robinson, 2-months old; Jeremiah Adams, 5-years-old; and Jaikare Rahaman, 8-years-old, to death inside a home near Interstate 17 and Bell Road overnight on Thursday.
Investigators say after she stabbed her three boys, the mother tried to kill herself and is now hospitalized in critical condition.
Police also say the mother may be pregnant and if she does not survive, the investigation could be turned into a quadruple-homicide.
Late Thursday afternoon police identified the suspect as 29-year-old Octavia Rogers.
