New fitness class consists of only sleep

A new fitness class could put you to sleep.   Its called 'Napercise' and it's being introduced at a David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom.

The workout consists of nothing but climbing into a bed and sleeping for 45 minutes.  It helps combat tiredness.

The class is being targeted to parents.  The gym says that a quarter of parents get less than five hours of sleep a night.

They say the nap class is designed to reinvigorate the mind, improve moods and even burn the odd calorie.

Participants get into beds with eye covers and crawl under big comforters as temperatures are dropped to a level that promotes calorie burning during sleep.
