Mystery banner unfurled at Manhattan Bridge

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - The NYPD stopped a group of people from hanging a second banner from the Manhattan Bridge Monday morning.

Three people were reportedly arrested in the process.

SkyFoxHD was over the scene as cops removed one banner before it could be unfurled. Another banner had already been draped over the bridge at around 6 a.m.

It was not clear what the banners said but one reportedly had the word 'VOTE' written on it.

Traffic was not impacted by the incident.
