NEW YORK - Luigi Mangione, the accused UnitedHealthcare CEO shooter, is expected to plead guilty to federal charges Friday in the Southern District of New York, a turn of events that could have serious implications on his upcoming state trial.
Mangione's hearing before District Judge Margaret Garnett is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. in federal court in Lower Manhattan.
