Hoboken water service fully restored

Fox5NY - Some good news for residents in Hoboken, New Jersey. Water service has been fully restored after a pipe and valve broke last week which cut off the water supply and flooded parts of the city.

Hoboken was getting its water supply all week from Weehawken while repairs were being made.

Officials say the water has been tested and is safe to use.

But, it may be discolored for a short time.

The roads in southwest Hoboken have been reopened to traffic.
