NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - A 9-year-old girl who went missing in the subway system Tuesday is safe.
Klara Alston got separated from her brothers at 8:30 a.m. at the L train station at Sutter Avenue in Brooklyn, police said.
Transit Bureau Chief Joseph Fox (@NYPDTransit) tweeted at 2:31 p.m."#URGENT We're looking for this young lady, Klara Alston, 9 yrs old, separated from family at Sutter Ave on the #Ltrain in Bklyn- pls share."
Then at 5:13 p.m., Chief Fox tweeted "Happy to report the missing 9 yr old girl has been found & is safe- Thank you all for your help!"
Police did not elaborate on what happened.
