'Eat Like a Rock Star' with Mary Wilson

A legendary member of the Supremes shows us how to eat like a rock star. Mary Wilson wrote the introduction to best-selling author Mark Bego's book "Eat Like a Rock Star."

With more than 100 recipes, the book invites the ultimate music fan to put on an apron and join them at the table.

You can chow down on Michelle Phillips' organic lemon chicken or the late Glen Campbell's Mexican casserole or how about a recipe from Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones?

I met Mary and Mark at the Cutting Room in Midtown where we eventually hit the kitchen to make Mary's tomato artichoke soup. You add garlic, parsley, basil, and crushed tomatoes, cook it all down. And when it's done add a little shaved parmesan.
