NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - The New York State Department of Transportation continues to get the warning out about distracted driving.
In a video posted to the department's Twitter account Tuesday, a vehicle is seen rear-ending another.
"Distracted driving is dangerous. A camera on the back of our HELP truck caught the moment when a seemingly distracted driver rear-ended the vehicle, then flipped over at a lane merge on the Taconic State Parkway recently. #EliminateDistractions"
H.E.L.P. trucks are used by the DOT to clear broken down vehicles from active lanes of traffic.
