Domestic violence: How to get help
NEW YORK (FOX5NY.COM) - New York City First Lady Chirlane McCray announced an expanded initiative to help domestic violence victims. It is a major effort to fight the problem.
The city has launched a web-based portal to complement the We Understand campaign, which will run through the first week of April.
