Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken
Executive Chef Kris Polak and General Manager Rob Anderson of Blue Ribbon Restaurants came to Friday Night Live to showcase delicious fried-chicken dishes.
The Bird: 2 breasts, 2 whole wings, 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs with large fries and large cole slaw.
The Smorgasbird: a double-decker fried chicken sandwich stuffed with Game Day Fries (giant fries with BBQ chicken, smoked bacon, aged cheddar, sour cream and pickled peppers), BBQ chicken, grilled pineapple, lettuce, tomato, Blue Ribbon Special Sauce and BBQ sauce.
Milkshakes: Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry
