Ballet Beautiful workout

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - Mary Helen Bowers is a former New York City ballet dancer. After training Natalie Portman for her challenging role as a prima ballerina in the film "Black Swan" she decided to introduce beginners to her technique at Ballet Beautiful.  

Ballet Beautiful offers private and group classes between their two locations in SoHo and the Upper East Side in Manhattan.
