7-year-old raped in bedroom

NEW YORK (FOX5NY) - Police say a man broke into a Staten Island home and raped a 7-year-old girl.

Police are looking for Daniel Nieto, 32, in connection with the case.

Police say that on Thursday, August 6, Nieto went into a home at approximately 2:45 a.m. and sexaually assaulted the girl in her bedroom.

He then ran away.

Nieto is Hispanic, 5'2", approximately 125 pounds, with short black hair.

He was wearing a white T-shirt, black vest jacket, brown pants and brown shoes at the time of the attack.
