12 busted in Hoboken bike theft attempt
HOBOKEN, N.J. (AP) -- Police say two adults and 10 juveniles came to Hoboken to steal bicycles.
Officers responded to a report of a group attempting to steal bikes from inside a parking garage on Clinton Street late Monday night.
While checking the area, officers observed a second group trying to steal bikes near Garden Street.
Two adults face felony larceny charges and the juveniles were turned over to their parents.
Two police officers sustained minor injuries making the arrests.
