Immigrant gives nightly patriotic salute to heroes to raise spirits

Every night, Lassana Siby, a immigrant from West Africa, runs three laps in front of the Parker Towers in Forest Hills, Queens as residents cheer him on as a patriotic solution to heroes and a way to keep people’s spirits up during the coronavirus crisis.
