Nooses in school display

A collage with a picture of a pair of nooses is being condemned by the school district where it was on display. The photo was under the title 'back to school necklaces' along with #YES and 'Ha Ha.' The Roosevelt School District called the display "inappropriate" and said it had launched an investigation.
