Liquid nitrogen treats

Cryo Cream, part of Broadway Bites in Herald Square, sells a popular line of liquid nitrogen-infused desserts, including dragon breath popcorn and ice cream. Executive chef Matthew Marotto said he has been making these treats for years and is fine. Health officials aren't into this frozen food fad. The state's health department and Suffolk County are advising against it.
