MTA: NJ will get some congestion pricing funds

Could the MTA be sending some of the money from its controversial congestion pricing plan across the Hudson to New Jersey? MTA head Janno Lieber's plan now includes sending some of the congestion pricing surplus across the river to the Garden State.
