Increased pay for delivery workers results in less tips

It was supposed to be a big win for delivery workers in New York City, but a new law requires that they be paid a certain wage. This has come with some unintended consequences, including one of them being that they earn fewer tips. FOX 5 NY’s Jessica Formoso spoke with a New York City council member who is trying to reverse this trend.
