Backlash at Heastie over retail crime penalty bill

Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie has come under fire for refusing to back a bill that would increase penalties for attacks on retail workers. He says he does not believe that this would be a deterrent. FOX 5 NY's Arthur Chi'en shows us many bodega workers in his district disagree.
