Despite some disturbing high-profile shootings, law enforcement officials say gun violence is down in New York City and New York State. But that doesn't mean law enfrocement can let down their guard, with a new gun threat that's ermerging that's cheap, easy, and growing in our communities. FOX 5 NY's STREET SOLDIERS takes a look.
