Migrants arrive in Hudson Valley

The migrant crisis shows no signs of slowing down in New York City or in the Lower Hudson Valley, as more buses filled with migrants arrive in Westchester County. Meanwhile, Orange County has scored a legal win in its fight to stop them from being sent there.
