NYPD training more women to be K-9 officers
Fox 5 got a look at how NYPD canine teams train at a facility on Staten Island. About a hundred police officers in the NYPD work with police dogs. Just nine of them are women. But Officer Christina Orlando and Detective Kristen Collins are hoping that number grows.
