Weather girl exposes breasts on live TV

She was giving the forecast but decided to break out into jogging in place.  The only problem is that her top did not play along.

Roxana Vancea was reading the forecast on Romanian television before things heated up.  The boys at the desk reacted as you would expect.  We're not sure if this is the norm in Romania.
