Diddy reportedly accused by three more men of sexual assault in NYC: Details

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing new sexual assault allegations by three male accusers filing lawsuits in New York claiming he drugged and raped them, according to TMZ who first reported the claims.

The lawsuits, filed by a New York-based attorney not connected to Tony Buzbee, allege that the incidents occurred more recently than other claims against the music mogul.

The lawsuits allege a similar pattern in the reported incidents.

According to the accusers, each attended gatherings hosted by Diddy and his associates.

Diddy alleged NYC hotel assault

What we know: Two of the men claim the assaults happened in a New York City hotel, while one alleges the attack happened at Diddy’s Hamptons residence.

Specifically, one lawsuit lists the Park Hyatt Hotel on 57th Street as the site of an alleged assault, the same location where Diddy was arrested in September by federal agents.

All three claim Diddy gave them alcoholic drinks, after which they became disoriented and later regained consciousness to find him "sodomizing" them.

Alleged victims claim assault was recorded

One male accuser claims the assault was filmed by Diddy's associates, who later paid him $2,500. The other two plaintiffs did not report receiving compensation. The lawsuits state the victims refrained from coming forward initially due to fear and humiliation.

The timeline of these allegations spans from 2019 onward, setting them apart from earlier claims against Diddy that date back to the 1990s.

Where is Diddy?

Diddy is currently in federal custody at MDC Brooklyn on separate racketeering, sex trafficking, and prostitution charges. His attorneys responded to the latest allegations, telling TMZ, "These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him."

The lawsuits add to the mounting legal challenges for Diddy, as his trial on existing charges is scheduled for May.

It also comes just days after a separate lawsuit that accuse both Jay-Z and Diddy.

The civil lawsuit was originally filed in October, NBC News reported, alleging Combs raped a 13-year-old girl in 2000 after she was driven to an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty.

Combs has been at the center of several lawsuits involving sexual assaults in recent months, and this is the first to include another high-profile defendant.

Both have denied the claims.

What did Diddy do?

In a blistering 3-count indictment, Diddy is accused of running an enterprise to fulfill his sexual desires.

From around 2008 and for years, he allegedly assaulted women by striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects, and kicking them.

The indictment claims he operated under "The Combs Enterprise," which includes Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises, and Combs Global, involving individuals and activities affecting interstate and foreign commerce.

It also details Diddy's "Freak Off parties," where he and his associates allegedly lured female victims and then coerced them into sex acts with commercial sex workers.

Diddy faces racketeering, sex trafficking by force, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.
