Freed from prison
A Brooklyn man who spent nearly 30 years in prison for a rape and robbery he didn't commit was finally freed. Mark Denny was 17 when he went to prison. He is now 46. The Brooklyn District Attorney's Office re-investigated a rape and robbery at a Burger King in 1987 and concluded that three men were responsible but Denny was not one of them and was not there. The DA said the victim misidentified her attacker as Denny.
