Russia sanctions repercussions

President Trump reluctantly slapped new sanctions on the Russians as punishment for interfering in the U.S. elections. But he also took a dig at Congress. The president feels he should be leading the way on foreign policy. Under this new law, he must get permission from Congress if he wants to ever ease sanctions on Russia. Russia's prime minister posted a long, angry message on Facebook saying the Trump administration is "utterly powerless" and the bill is "tantamount to a full-scale trade war."
