Expert warns Ebola outbreak could spiral without faster global response
Jeremy Konyndyk, president of Refugees International and a former U.S. government disaster response official, says the current Ebola outbreak in Central Africa could grow much worse without a faster international response. Konyndyk also explains why he is not overly concerned about the World Cup becoming an Ebola-spreading event, saying the virus does not spread like COVID and is mainly transmitted through contact with bodily fluids from infected people.
