The NYPD is investigating a police-involved shooting outside a deli near Bainbridge Avenue and East 194th Street in the Fordham section. Investigators said 49-year-old Victor Soto was arguing with people inside the deli and pointed a handgun, causing customers to duck for cover, before banging the weapon against the storefront window.
