Tens of thousands of users on Spotify and Google Cloud collectively reported technical issues on Thursday, according to Downdetector.

Google Cloud glitch

According to the Google Cloud status website, service appeared to be restored for almost all impacted areas except for some parts of the United States.

What they're saying:

"Our engineers have identified the root cause and have applied appropriate mitigations. While our engineers have confirmed that the underlying dependency is recovered in all locations except us-central1, we are aware that customers are still experiencing varying degrees of impact on individual Google cloud products. All the respective engineering teams are actively engaged and working on service recovery," the status website said.

What we don't know:

Google said it did not have an ETA on full service recovery.

Spotify down

Users took to social media to share that Spotify was also experiencing issues on Thursday.

Tens of thousands of people reported issues with the streaming app, but those issues appeared to be resolved by Thursday afternoon.

FOX Local reached out to Spotify for comment.
