Explosion reported near Islam holy site in Medina

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) -- State-linked Saudi news sites report explosion near one of Islam's holiest sites in Medina.

This comes only days after a series of bombings in Baghdad, Iraq when a truck detonated along a busy commercial street leaving at least 157 people dead and about 200 others wounded.

The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for that attack.
