"The trash cans here are bear-proof so he proceeded to push the trash can around until he got tired and gave up," Spicer told Storyful, a social media video licensing agency.
She initially posted the video on TikTok, calling it "a little midnight mischief" – suggesting this was happening in the middle of the night while the Alaskan sunset peeked through.
