Balcony collapse in Brooklyn

FOX5NY (WNYW-TV) - There were some scary moments at a gathering in Brooklyn Saturday night.

16 people were hospitalized after a second-story deck collapsed during a party in Bushwick. It happened just before 1 a.m at a building on Bushwick Avenue.

Fire officials say as many as 50 people were on the deck when it collapsed.

None of the injuries are said to be life threatening and the NYC Buildings Department is now investigating.
