Weather updates: Tornado watch, Flash flood warnings in New York City, northeastern NJ

A severe weather threat is moving into the New York City tri-state area Tuesday afternoon, bringing heavy downpours, damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph and the potential for flash flooding during the evening commute.
