Armed suspect sought after father found dead in burned Orange County home
New York State Police are searching for 32-year-old Thomas David Ryan, who investigators say is armed and dangerous, after his father was found dead inside a burned home in Orange County. Police say the fire was intentionally set and that the victim died before the blaze. The victim’s daughter says the family is grieving and fearful as the manhunt continues.
