Brooklyn livery cab driver shot in face after crash sparks argument

A livery cab driver was shot in the face following a crash and argument in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, police said. The shooting happened near North Portland Avenue and the BQE shortly after 4 a.m. The driver survived and was hospitalized in stable condition as police investigate.
