Ozone Park honors Queens soldier killed in attack on Jordan air base

Family, friends and neighbors gathered in Ozone Park to honor 28-year-old Army Sgt. Angel Rampersad, who the Pentagon says was killed in an enemy attack on an air base in Jordan. Her mother said she was proud of her daughter’s service, while the community plans a vigil Monday evening.
