Long Island man charged with DWI after crash kills construction worker

Prosecutors allege that driver Thomas LoBianco was distracted by his cell phone, drifting across lanes, and ran a red light before plowing into a Suffolk County road repaving crew. The crash on Townline Road left one construction worker dead and two others with severe leg injuries.
