NYC launches Summer Streets as cars make way for outdoor activities

New York City kicked off its seasonal tradition today, temporarily banning traffic to give residents miles of open roadways for recreation. People took to the streets to ride bikes, take fitness classes and enjoy live entertainment across the city.
