United 'twilight bag drop-off' lets passengers bring luggage early

United Airlines is testing a "Twilight Bag Drop" program, letting passengers on early flights bring their luggage to the airport the night before. Chicago's O'Hare Airport is piloting the program, but it could soon expand nationwide.
