Queens business owners say flooding happens every time it rains

Cleanup is underway across parts of New York City after heavy storms brought down trees, flooded streets and sent water rushing into businesses. In Forest Hills, shop owners say poor drainage causes flooding nearly every time it rains heavily, leaving them to pump out water and clean up damage again.
