Rain clears as NYC warms; midweek showers return

Rain has moved out of the New York City area, leaving a cool but improving start to the week. Temperatures will climb into the upper 60s on Monday with mostly sunny skies, followed by a chance of isolated showers Tuesday and a better chance of rain by Wednesday.
