Police are actively searching for an unknown assailant after 28-year-old Katie Suarez was critically injured in a random stabbing to the neck while out on a run along a Brooklyn greenway. Meanwhile, Sweden's Andreas Almgren captured first place in the men's division during his marathon debut, while Kenya's Sheila Chepkirui took the top spot in the women's race.
