Trump, Xi discuss Taiwan, trade and Iran during China visit
President Donald Trump wrapped up his first full day in China with a state banquet hosted by Chinese President Xi Jinping. The visit included a private meeting between the two leaders, where they discussed economic relations, Taiwan, tariffs and the war with Iran. Chinese officials warned that U.S. support for Taiwan could strain relations, while Trump praised Xi and invited him to visit the White House in September.
