Police briefing on apparent acid attack

Nassau County Police Commissioner Patrick Ryder spoke about an attack that happened in Elmont on March 17. Ryder said someone threw a corrosive liquid onto a 21-year-old woman outside her home. The woman suffered horrific wounds to her face, neck, and hands, he said.
