Car crashes into dining area

A vehicle slammed into the outside seating area of a restaurant on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The FDNY said several people were hurt. Video from Citizen.com shows emergency vehicles outside a location at East 92nd Street and 2nd Avenue.
