NYC schools plan

New York City will likely be the only big city in New York to reopen its schools for a so-called blended learning environment this fall. Mayor Bill de Blasio said the coronavirus infection rate has fallen enough to be able to brings kids back to schools. But some lawmakers are very concerned. Gov. Andrew Cuomo said New York City's plan still isn't fully compliant with state mandates.
