Tri-state area issues quarantine order for visitors from quarantine hotspots

The Governors of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut have announced that anyone from a state where the positive test rate has been above 10 percent for a 7-day rolling average must quarantine for two weeks if they come to the tri-state area.
