Cuomo to MTA: Subway cars must be cleaned every 24 hours

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has directed the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to make sure New York City's subway cars are cleaned and disinfected every 24 hours as the city attempts to deal with a rise in homeless people in the subway.
